Building Tradition: This was our first annual girl weekend. Debby and Kerry traveled from Boise and the rest of the group piled (and I mean piled) into grandma's minivan for the drive over to Sunriver. We rented a house in Sunriver and we split up the meals so we were each responsible for purchasing the food, cooking, and clean up. This way each person only had to be in the kitchen one time the whole weekend.
I (Alicia) decided that we needed something fun to wear for our group picture each year. Giant sunglasses were just the ticket. I went to the Dollar Tree and found giant sunglasses to wear. Each year we will be responsible for bringing the sunglasses back for the next group picture.
We had a great time taking walks, sleeping, playing games, eating meals together, building fires together, and shopping at the outlet mall in Bend. A great time had by all.
